Refund Policy:

We accept refund requests within 24 hours of receiving the order. After this period, refunds will no longer be eligible.

Customers have the right to open the package in the presence of the courier to check the product. If they choose not to accept the order, they can do so at that time.

2. The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
3. An exchange shipping fee will be applied to cover the cost of shipping the exchanged item.

Please note that any exchanges are subject to inspection upon return to ensure they meet the above criteria. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not comply with our policy.
